  • Yes. One and multi-day meeting space rentals available. Accommodations are not included. Please inquire about availability.

  • Sorry, no. Due to our full calendar of mission-aligned work, we can no longer accept reservations for private events of this nature.

  • Please check our calendar for Pop-up R&R (Rest & Rejuvenation) Retreats scheduled throughout the year.

  • Chef Eliza’s meals are primarily vegetarian and pescatarian but can be accommodated to meet the needs of guests such as vegan, gluten-free, low sugar, etc.

  • No, sorry! Although we love dogs, companion animals are prohibited in our trail system, buildings, parking lots, and grounds for the safety of wildlife and guests. Service animals are welcome.

  • Our Westgarden and Appletree Garden produce will go to our chef, community food bank, volunteers, and staff. Please ask a staff member before picking any flowers or produce.

  • We provide Wifi in all of our facilities and accommodations. Passwords are available in your room or in the information racks near Thomas Berry Hall. Please note: cell reception is spotty on Whidbey!

  • If you’re lodging overnight with us, you can expect fresh towels, linens, and basic toiletries. We recommend bringing your own personal items, flashlight, warm coat, and sturdy walking shoes. See our Welcome Packet for more information.
