The Whidbey Institute is a community in action at the leading edge of social transformation. We are a highly capable and committed staff and a healthy board of directors. We are the program participants, volunteers, and guests who bring their energies to the Institute and then back out into the world.
The Chinook lands, and a sense of our shared history, hold and guide us as we work together for social transformation. How we work, communicate, and play reflects our commitment to healthy communities and thriving ecological systems, and to personal transformation as we grow in our appreciation of others and of Nature.
