Ken Otter profile

Presently I am Director of Leadership Studies Programs at Saint Mary's College of California (smcleadership.org). I am also faculty at the Tamalpa institute (Tamalpa.org). I find leadership to be a great convener of conversation of what matters. I have made it my mission to re-image leadership to reflect our embedded and embodied nature, and to be adaptive to, and in service of, the complex and dynamic global reality of the 21st century and beyond.

I am in my twentieth year of marriage with my wife Taira and in the last year of my daughter living at home--she is off to college next year. I live in Point Reyes Station in Northern California and consider the place and people here as my parnters in life, having established roots in West Marin for the past 18 yers. I continue to surf the wild waters of Northern California at 54 years and counting. Enough said.
