Our world is moving into increasingly challenging times, but also times of great opportunity to adapt and be nimble. How do we meet the growing critical needs of individuals, families, and communities? And through these challenges, how do we nurture sense of community, capacity for resilience and ability to thrive with one another?
Join us for the inaugural Thriving Communities Conference, the first in a series of annual conferences which bring together members of communities who are discovering their own answers to this question. In sharing our experiences, all who participate can move forward intentionally into a hopeful and life-affirming common future.
The focus of this first year will be food and how we nourish ourselves as communities. Join us for this powerful convening of innovators, advocates, and community leaders from throughout the Cascadia bioregion to examine critical issues, ask questions that matter, engage in dialogue, and grow a network of communities working toward a thriving and sustainable future.
A recent article in Crosscut about the conference tells some more of the story.
