After spending an afternoon with Elias Amidon who leads the course, it was clear to me that he embodies what I want to embodied.  Equanimity, inclusion, clarity, practicality and love.  He doesn't just teach it in theory, he lives it in some of the most difficult conditions in our world.  He is not airy-fary.  The design of the course and location are also ideal.  Please join me!
