Celebration of Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea's two new books
Thomas Berry Hall - 7-9 p.m. - free of charge
There will be a slide show and conversation about their two new books.

The Circle Way, a Leader in Every Chair (Berrett-Koehler, March 2010) is jointly authored by Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea, and is a legacy contribution to the field of collaborative group practices based on nearly 20 years of working with their original PeerSpirit Circle Process. The Circle Way illustrates the application and potential of using circle in organizational settings, and is filled with stories from their work in North America, Europe and Africa that prove the practicality and applicability of circle to lead to sustainable change.

Keepers of the Trees-a Guide to Re-Greening North America (Skyhorse Publishing, April 2010) is authored by Ann Linnea. Within a five-mile radius of wherever you are reading this book there are dozens of "keepers of the trees" -- people whose lives and connections to trees have come together, growth ring by growth ring. Ann has chosen fourteen people across North America whose stories illuminate this fascinating interdependence. This book is lavishly illustrated with over 100 color photographs.

With Fionn tulach www.ceilede.co.uk/tachings.htm
Farmhouse - 10am to 5 pm - Fee TBD

This Day of teachings is offered to any of you who are interested in the Tradition, but may also be of interest to those who have walked this Path a while and would like to revisit, or may indeed have missed some of the foundational teachings.

In our day together, we will:
- Learn about some of Céile Dé's contemplative practices
- Explore some of the historical, semi-historical and mythological origins of the Tradition
- Hear some of the philosophy of the Tradition
- Learn about The Holy-days (called 'The Nine Heights') and how the Tradition works with
   them esoterically for inner transformation
- Work with ancient Gaelic sacred Chants
- And more... if we have the time...

30 Aug - 3 September
Immradi Senchas: A Word-Voyage Around the Old Lore, With Fionn tulach www.ceilede.co.uk/tachings.htm
Farmhouse - Times TBD - Fee TBD

This residential workshop is an opportunity to explore and absorb the transformational teachings of the Céile Dé as well as reviewing some aspects of the tradition that have been taught in previous years (newcomers who have attended the previous day's introductory teachings are very welcome). To help intensify the experience, much of the gathering, between teaching sessions and devotional practices, will be held in silence. There will be time to walk in the beautiful grounds of our venue. There will also be regular meditative practices each day. The Céile Dé Path exists for people who desire deep involvement in a spiritual life that is rooted in Christ consciousness, the Land, and the Celtic Tradition. This retreat is for people who wish to dedicate themselves to inner transformation through a disciplined esoteric and devotional path opening to mystical union. It is for people who understand that a spiritual life is not about having "beliefs" or "dogma"; rather, it is about moving beyond the boundaries of conditioned thinking toward that infinite consciousness called Imbas Forasnai - The Great Knowledge that Illuminates. ONGOING COMMUNITY: Retreatants will have the opportunity to consider further, ongoing teachings and practices within dedicated local groups that offer a powerful container for those who seek a path that invites commitment and openness to real inner change.
